Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system and completed with all required information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so the appointment time can be offered to another client. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened visit. No-call, no-show appointments prevent others from accessing care. Clients who miss an appointment without notice may not be eligible to book future appointments or establish care with our practice. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of others seeking care.
